The Rector’s Delegation for Strategic Development acts as an international observer in the Strategic Plan of the University of Malta

In the context of networking that has generated the candidature of the “European University of the Seas (SEA-EU)”, the Rector’s Delegation for Strategic Development was invited by the University of Malta,  one of the alliance partners, to participate as an international observer in the design of its Strategic Plan.

Specifically, the Commissioner for the II Strategic Plan of the UCA, Antonio Javier González Rueda, attended the Strategic Development Forum for External Stakeholders event, held on January 31 at the University of Malta, and he was able to make contributions and suggestions to the design of the strategic plan from the experience of the II PEUCA that, recently, was awarded with the “Award for Good Practices in University Management 2018” of the Telescopi network and the Club of Excellence in Management.

The Commissioner was welcomed by the Rector of the University of Malta, Professor Alfred J. Vella and, during the event, he was attended by Professor Tanya Sammut-Bonnici and Professor Godfrey Baldachino.
