In the context of the 2018 Training Plan for the teaching & research staff (PDI) and the administration & services staff (PAS) of the University of Cádiz, the Rector’s Delegation for Strategic Development held, on October 4, the training workshop “Management support for Academic Positions”.
These training actions seek to contribute to the fulfillment of one of the functions established for the Delegation: the promotion of the collaboration of the university community in achieving the objectives of the 2nd Strategic Plan.
The workshop was taught in the Learning Space of the Library of the Faculty of Economic & Business Sciences by the University Manager, the Deputy Manager of Organization, the Deputy Manager of Academic Management, the Deputy Manager of Resources & Infrastructures, the Director of the Economy Area, the Personnel Director and the Director of the Communication & Marketing Office of the University of Cádiz.
The purpose of the Workshop was to inform the management team, centers, departments and institutes about the basic organizational issues that are essential for their management. Among its contents, the new organizational structure, II PEUCA, the basic processes of economic, academic, resource & infrastructure management, communication and electronic administration.
At the end of each intervention, the participants had the opportunity to make consultations of varied nature to the speakers.
The presentations of the speakers will be published on the website of the Rector’s Delegation for Strategic Development in order to facilitate the tasks to the other Academic Charges.
