Deployment, Follow-up and Evaluation
DEPLOYMENT, FOLLOW-UP & EVALUATION
The process of strategic management does not finish with the approval of the Strategic Plan. It requires, from that moment, a follow-up. This monitoring must cover both the implementation and compliance of the Action Lines. To implement and evaluate the degree of execution of the Strategic Plan, the Technical Commission will deploy a methodology to obtain reliable information on the status of progress. This methodology will have the following phases:
- DEPLOYMENT: To disseminate the Strategic Objectives and Action Guidelines of the 2nd PEUCA among the Units most directly involved. Its goal is the deployment of the Action guidelines and their processes, with clear deadlines and fixed leaders for each process.
- ALIGNMENT: Show the possibility of constructing sectorial strategies in those units with greater heft in the Strategic Areas of the Plan. And align, as far as possible, the resulting scorecard with the Information System of the UCA.
- COUNSELLING: To advise Units, Services and Centers in how PEUCA can be incorporated in their workflows.
- CONTROL: Monitor, once a year, the scorecard of the 2nd PEUCA in order to influence the action guidelines that deviate from the goal.
- REVIEW: Carry out an intermediate evaluation of the 2nd PEUCA that allows a profound review of the Plan.
- DISSEMINATION AND COMMUNICATION: During the deployment of the 2nd PEUCA, a special effort will be made to provide transparency to the Plan. Thus, the University Community and the interest groups will have access to all his information.
The expected chronology is the following:
