Phase V. Scorecard definition

Phase in which the scorecard will be established. It will be done, through the definition of indicators, to provide periodic information about the evolution of the objectives.

The scorecard presents a process of continuous improvement. The indicators should be guided to realistic and achievable situations.

The budgets of the University of Cádiz will have to be elaborated aligned with them.
