The UCA holds a workshop to make known its staff about the management structure of our University 25 September 2018
The University of Cádiz, within the activities of the Training Plan for 2018, held on September 21 the course “New Organizational Structure of the UCA”, aimed at both the Administration & Services staff and the Teaching & Research Staff.
The lecture, organized from the Delegation of the Rector for Strategic Development, was taught in the Learning Space of the Campus Library of Puerto Real by the Director of personnel, the Assistant Manager of Resources and Infrastructures, the Assistant Manager of Academic Management and the Head of service of organization, development and personnel selection.
The speakers confronted the old structure of the University with the current one, analyzing the changes, the newly established posts and the characteristics of each area.
In addition, the functions and tasks of certain areas and units were analyzed in depth, generating an interesting debate.
Within the framework of the Continuous Improvement Strategy, a Basic Workshop to Support Academic Charges is scheduled for October 4.
