After its almost three first years of life and, as it was foreseen in the 2nd PEUCA methodology, since last Friday, November 17, the work sessions of the Intermediate Evaluation process of 2nd Strategic Plan of our University are being held. In these sessions, the development and progress of the Plan is accounted for, as well as the proposals made by the University Community to reorient it in areas of improvement that require it.

Up today, the following sessions have been held:

·         November 17: Session with Delegation of Students of the UCA.

·         November 20: Session with Departments Directors and Directors of Research Institutes.

·         November 20: Open Session for the participation of the Campus of Jerez

·         November 21: Open Session for the participation of the Campus of Cádiz.

·         November 21: Open Session for the participation of the Campus of Puerto Real.

The calendar of pending sessions is as follows:

·         November 23: Session with Centers Management Teams (including Degrees Coordinators).

·         November 23: Session with Social Council and External Interest Groups.

·         November 24: Session with Trade Union Representatives.

·         November 24: Session with Management and Responsible for PAS Units.

·         November 27: Open Session for the participation of the Campus of Algeciras.

With all the information gathered, the Delegation of the Rector for Strategic Development will prepare the final report of the Intermediate Evaluation that will be reported to the Senate, the Governing Council and the Social Council.
