On May 30, 2018, a group of 30 people, responsible for the PDI and PAS of the UCA, received an Introduction to the EFQM Management Model Workshop within the framework of the Continuous Improvement Strategy.

The workshop was given by the Consultant Nuria Rodríguez-Calleja, from the Develop Group, who presented the EFQM management model (European Foundation for Quality Management) and its application possibilities to improve university management.

The University of Cádiz has a long history of application of this model in some units and areas and, since 2016, has it as a reference for the management system of the University as a whole.
