The Vice-Rector for Research and the Biomolecules Research Institute (INBIO) began on January 19, 2018, in the Faculty of Sciences, a participation process for this Institute to have a specific Master Plan in order to point out its challenges and actions over the years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
In this first work session, around thirty researchers have participated, and it was also attended by the Vice Chancellor for Research and the components of the Delegation of the Rector for Strategic Development, which coordinate the methodology for preparing the plan.
This process of strategic reflection displays the line of action 4.2 of the 2nd Strategic Plan of the UCA, which indicates the need to “structure the unique research of the UCA through the Institutes and Research Centers” as well as the Contract Program signed by the Institute.
After this first session, two specific work meetings were planned in order to finalize the design in May 2018 and to be able to integrate the challenges agreed in the Program Contract for the next three years.
