In the context of the 2019 Training Plan for teaching and research staff (PDI) and administration and services staff (PAS) of the University of Cádiz, the Rector’s Delegation for Strategic Development held on March 28, 2019 a workshop on strategic development focused on the Problem Tree analysis. These training actions seek to contribute to the fulfillment of one of the functions established for the Delegation: the promotion of the collaboration of the university community in achieving the objectives of the II Strategic Plan. The workshop was given in the Learning Space of the Library of the Higher School of Engineering by Pepa Muñoz Cueto, Delegate of the Rector for Strategic Development, and Antonio Javier González Rueda, Commissioner of the II PEUCA.
The objective of the Workshop was to provide strategic planning tools corresponding to the reality analysis phase. Participants were able to develope the problem tree analysis on the specific practical case of international mobility in the context of the European Universities program. To this end, the Rector’s Delegate for European Universities, José Antonio Muñoz Cueto, informed the attendees about the objectives and actions of the SEA-EU candidatcy (European University of the Seas), coordinated by the University of Cádiz.
