The II PEUCA reports on its four years of deployment

The 2nd Strategic Plan of the University of Cádiz 2015-2020 contemplates the preparation of an annual monitoring report that must be available before the end of the first quarter of the year following the purpose of the report. As in previous years, as a result of this commitment, the Rector’s Delegation for Strategic Development has prepared and published the ANNUAL FOLLOW-UP REPORT of the 2nd STRATEGIC PLAN of the UNIVERSITY of CÁDIZ [YEAR 2018].

For the fourth consecutive year, this annual report describes the activities carried out in the different work areas in which the 2nd PEUCA has deployed its activities during the year 2018. Section 3 of this document shows the progress of the 2nd PEUCA in terms of actions, lines of action and strategic objectives.

Next, in this same section, the achievements and values ​​of the indicators defined to determine the degree of achievement of the strategic objectives of the plan are described.

The report includes, in section 4, a collection of images of some of the activities described in section 2 that show the participation and involvement of the university community in the process of implementing the plan.

The last section of the document includes different documents that complement the information in the sections of this report.

As a result of all this collective work, in 2018 the 2nd PEUCA has been recognized as the best practice in the 2nd edition of the Awards for good practices in university management (Club of Excellence in Management / Telescopi Network).
